Nashmia is such a professional she is up to date and really knows how to connect with her clients. She has really been such an integral part of our family’s lives in the last 1.5 year. She has helped us understand issues our kids were having and has gone above and beyond to get us the resources we needed. She is so great at identifying root causes and tackling them from an approach that works for you and your family. My son feels safe and really looks forward to seeing her. Sandra Beggs, hands down, facilitated healing when I most needed it. After years of panic attacks, anxiety, and self-isolating due to several traumatic events, I began looking for someone who can best help me and found Sandra. She was able to teach and pass on the tools to steady myself and grow my confidence. I’m able to set boundaries and am comfortable in my own space and in public. Sandra is actively there with you during session; she listens and will shape the time that you both have around what you need most that day. We utilized different strategies varying from EMDR to art and dance therapy and it all helped me get a better understanding of how I felt and processed events. I beyond recommend Sandra if you are looking for a kind, receptive and communicative therapist.
